Assessments and Treatment Planning

The Meadowridge Academy offers comprehensive trauma-focused assessment and treatment planning. This service consists of a comprehensive evaluation including developmental, familial, trauma and treatment history, may include psychological testing, strengths and resources assessment, record review, collateral evaluation and initial treatment planning.  Other optional assessments can be made available including neuropsychological, educational, psychopharmacological, and vocational testing. These assessments provide clinical formulation, differential diagnosis, treatment planning, and recommendations for interventions for students with histories of chronic trauma and maltreatment.

Treatment planning is a multidisciplinary undertaking at Meadowridge Academy. Not only are multiple staff members with varying bodies of expertise involved, but treatment planning includes the student and his or her family in order to to assess which clinical interventions will have the most success as part of treatment planning.
