Our services
- Organization Assessments: We offer comprehensive services including assessments, strategic planning, culture change initiatives and coaching. We work with you to enhance individual awareness and skills while helping to shift your organizational systems to support a more diverse and inclusive culture.
- Diversification of teams: We work to identify a customized approach that emphasizes the building of a lasting, systems approach that encourages and develops collaboration among your team members and emphasizes ownership, individual choice, and responsibility for each individual’s behavior.
- Training: We offer cultural competency training programs based on awareness, knowledge, attitudinal shifts and skill building. Our programs provide interactive, thought-provoking experiences where you have the opportunity to develop increased understanding of cultural influences, assumptions and perceptions that can affect the effective delivery of services to diverse client populations.
