JRI residential schools are exceptional at meeting students where they are and guiding them to find their individualized success. We are dedicated to providing rigorous, individualized, creative academics, as well as world-class trauma-informed treatment to children and adolescents, ages 5-22, with complex trauma, mental illness, academic struggles, and behavioral symptoms. Our residential schools are fully accredited and offer an array of therapeutic and vocational services, as well as state-of-the-art clinical interventions. Everything is designed with a single goal in mind: to prepare our students for a strong, healthy future.

Case House

Case House is a home designed for students who are focusing on transitional living skills. Case House students benefit from all the specialized services offered by the Swansea Wood School while living in a surburban neighborhood in Taunton, Massachusetts. This small, homelike environment fosters safe and strong relationships with peers and staff and also ensures highly individualized tranistion planning.

Lanewood

The Lanewood residence at Glenhaven Academy offers a community-centered around respect for each other and for our environment. Through sophisticated clinical leadership and individualized care, we create opportunities for our students to experience success daily. We support a culture where students embrace their resiliency and develop internal capacities that allow their future to be greater than their past.  We provide comprehensive clinical, educational, vocational, and medical services for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Questioning, Intersex (LGBTQI), and allied youth.

Bridge Campus - Walden Street School

Bridge is a trauma-informed therapeutic residential home for females who are struggling with significant past trauma or organic mental illness.

Through our individualized treatment approach, our students are able to heal while creating positive personal-growth opportunities that build a strong core of internal skill sets, encourage individual talents, build self-esteem, and create healthy relationships.

Littleton Academy

Littleton Academy is a therapeutic residential school that provides comprehensive clinical treatment and education to latency age children who have a history of complex trauma and significant behavioral/mental health issues and learning difficulties.

Swansea Wood School

The Swansea Wood School is a therapeutic coed residential school for adolescents coping with trauma, mental health issues, behavioral difficulties, and/or mild-to-moderate cognitive challenges. We offer students the opportunity to progress academically, remediate past academic challenges, and increase cognitive ability by providing individualized support through clinical, vocational, milieu, and educational experiences.

Walden Street School

Walden Street School is a trauma-informed therapeutic residential school for females who are struggling with significant past trauma or organic mental illness.

Glenhaven Academy

We support a culture where students embrace their resiliency and develop internal capacities that allow their future to be greater than their past.  We provide comprehensive clinical, educational, vocational, and medical services for youth and adolescents.

Meadowridge Academy

Meadowridge Academy offers comprehensive treatment to adolescent males and females with mental health issues, behavioral difficulties and complex trauma histories through the use of individualized care and strengths based, trauma informed treatment. We use the evidenced based treatment model- ARC to help students build positive relationships, learn self regulation skills, and transform their individual interests into sources of strength, resiliency and success.

 

Pelham Academy

Pelham Academy is a therapeutic residential school that provides comprehensive treatment and education to adolescent females with emotional and behavioral issues, mental health disorders, and complex trauma histories. Our mission is to provide individualized care within a supportive community to promote resiliency, growth and independence.

Rachel has been a part of the JRI team since January, 2000. For over 20 years, Rachel has been working in the field of human services assisting families with accessing and navigating services. Rachel received her Bachelors degree in psychology and Masters Degree in Public Administration from Bridgewater State University. She was promoted in July 2005 to Family Networks Program Director where she closely worked with the Department of Children Families for 10 years ensuring that children and families received the highest quality of individualized services ranging from community based through residential care. Rachel is very dedicated to helping the individuals she works with and is committed to improving the lives of children and families. Rachel’s passion for creative service programming inspires her in her role as JRI Service Navigator.
