Using a medical-legal partnership approach, our legal services are aimed at helping clients stabilize their lives so that they can focus on their medical care needs.
The Intensive Foster Care, A Program of JRI, provides stable homes for children and adolescents ensuring a safe and nurturing environment where they can achieve permanency and well-being.
Journey Home works with adolescent males who have been unable to be successfully placed in a family setting. These youth typically exceed lengths of stay in other settings, yet with the appropriate supports and services they will be able to successfully transition home or to an intensive foster home.

Program RISE is a multi-service component of JRI Health, serving the MetroWest area (Framingham, Marlborough, Milford, and surrounding towns) that offers both HIV Client Services and Preventive Health Care. At Program RISE, we offer a variety of preventive, counseling, substance use, case management, and group support services for individuals impacted due to inequitable access to services.
Rediscovery operates a pre-independent living community-based group home for adolescent males ages 16-21 who are in state care and preparing to transition out.
The Susan Wayne Center of Excellence (SWCE) offers intensive residential, educational, medical, and clinical services for adolescent boys and girls who are mild to moderately cognitively impaired with concurrent behavioral, mental health, and medical issues.
