Berkshire Meadows Adult Day Habilitation

Berkshire Meadows' Coleman Center provides a comprehensive day habilitation program tailored for adults with complex medical needs, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and sensory impairments. Through small-group community activities and active treatment, our program focuses on fostering new abilities and enhancing the quality of life for each participant.
