Community Homes for Adults

Community and independence are essential for all adults, including those with significant intellectual, developmental, medical, and mobility needs. Berkshire Meadows offers comfortable, well-staffed community homes designed to make life as enjoyable and meaningful as possible.

These homes are equipped with the necessary fixtures and equipment to support each individual's unique needs, enabling them to make informed choices about every aspect of their lives and participate in various community activities. Families are integral to care planning and decision-making and are always welcome to be involved.

Medical Homes

At Berkshire Meadows, we ensure that medical needs do not compromise an individual's quality of life. For those requiring more medical oversight, our homes offer direct nursing services and frequent access to medical professionals.

Homes are equipped to manage respiratory, gastrointestinal, and orthopedic issues, enabling residents to live fulfilling, independent lives with the appropriate care and support.
