Lead Agency partners closely with DCF and families to ensure children and families receive the care and support they need. Our compassionate team works hand-in-hand with families in Brockton, Taunton, Cape Cod, and the Islands, identifying, securing, and monitoring services tailored to each family's unique needs. We are committed to helping families with DCF involvement find stability and hope through personalized support and collaboration.

Our Mission

JRI’s Lead Agency is dedicated to securing the highest quality support and services for children and families involved with the Department of Social Services. We tailor services to each family’s unique needs, ensuring diverse and culturally competent treatment providers. Our goal is to help families become self-reliant, supporting their ability to achieve lasting success and stability.


Providing Network

Lead Agency is committed to continuous quality improvement. We offer ongoing consultation to network providers on program development and enhancement, and we work closely with the community to identify service gaps and create opportunities for growth.

State Agency Collaboration

We collaborate with multiple state agencies, including the Department of Mental Health, Department of Education, Department of Developmental Services, and Department of Youth Services, as well as public and private insurance companies, to ensure children and families receive appropriate and comprehensive services.

Partnership with the Department of Children and Families

Lead Agency is dedicated to meeting the needs of DCF families and staff. Our team participates in DCF planning committees, management teams, staff meetings, area boards, and clinical reviews, offering consultation, training, and outcome reporting to support DCF initiatives and ensure the best outcomes for the families we serve.
