Young Parent Support

Having a baby changes everything—and being a young parent can feel both exciting and overwhelming. You want to be a great parent, build independence, and create a stable future for yourself and your child. The Young Parent Support Program is here to help you do just that.

We offer free, confidential, and compassionate support to pregnant and parenting young adults—including mothers, fathers, and foster parents. Through home visits and community outreach, our team provides strength-based case management tailored to your goals.

Whether you need parenting education, housing assistance, employment guidance, or referrals to specialists, we’re here to walk alongside you. We also offer supportive parenting groups where you can connect with others who understand your journey.

This program is designed to empower you to become the parent—and the adult—you envision for yourself, all in a non-judgmental and nurturing environment.
