Long Term Services and Supports

Important Update About Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS)

Thank you for trusting JRI to support your care.

Effective June 30, 2026, MassHealth ended funding for the Community Partners Program, including Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) care coordination services provided by JRI and other Community Partners across Massachusetts.

This change does not affect your MassHealth insurance or benefits. You can continue to:

  • See your doctors and specialists
  • Attend therapy or counseling appointments
  • Receive your prescribed medications
  • Access your MassHealth-covered healthcare services

Although JRI is no longer able to provide LTSS Community Partners services, your Accountable Care Organization (ACO) or Managed Care Organization (MCO) may offer other care coordination or care management services. We encourage you to contact your health plan to learn what supports may be available.
