
As a Residential Counselor, you’ll help create a safe, supportive space where students (ages 12-22) learn how to build healthy relationships, cope with big emotions, and develop confidence, not just follow rules.
Every day is different, from group activities to one-on-one support, and you’ll be part of a team that truly cares.
Your role includes:
Being a supportive role model who builds trust and connection
Helping students practice healthy coping and emotional regulation
Supporting daily routines, activities, and community life
Working with your team to create a safe living environment
