HIV, Hepatitis C & Sexually Transmitted Infections Counseling, Testing, and Treatment

Program RISE offers free testing for HIV, Hepatitis C, Syphilis, Chlamydia, and Gonorrhea. Free treatment is available for anyone testing positive for these infections. We also assist those who test positive for HIV in navigating treatment.

If you need to speak with the Nurse Practitioner, need a prescription refill, or have insurance questions, please email Patti Parker (she/her) at [email protected]. When emailing, please provide your name and number for a call back or return email. If you have symptoms of acute HIV infection or believe you’ve had a potential HIV exposure, please call 508-935-2960 within 72 hours of possible exposure to access nPEP (post-exposure prophylaxis).

We offer walk-ins without appointments based on availability. We encourage potential clients to call first. Our walk-in hours are usually between 8:30 AM and 2:30 PM.
