Metrowest Behavioral Health Center

The Metrowest Behavioral Health Center is part of Children’s Friend and Family Services (CFFS), a division of JRI. Our outpatient mental health counseling services provide expertise in general mental health, complex psychological trauma, and parenting consultation.

We also offer In-Home Therapy, Therapeutic Mentoring, and In-Home Behavioral Services.

Our Approach and Services

MBHC is committed to providing the most innovative and effective evidence-based treatments tailored to each client's specific needs and strengths. We offer a broad range of therapeutic approaches to help meet the goals of children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating diverse behavioral health needs.

Services include:

Our clinical team has specialized training in various trauma-focused treatment modalities, including EMDR, sensory-motor approaches, ARC, PCIT, TF-CBT, and SMART


Specialty Treatment Services

MBHC provides comprehensive outpatient treatment to children, adolescents, families, and adults impacted by trauma. VOCA provides select free-care, trauma-focused services to eligible victims of crime and their significant others. Specialty treatment services include:
