RISE, a program of JRI Health, is a multi-service integrated community prevention program offering health and social services to people in the Metrowest area. Our services include free counseling and testing for HIV, Hepatitis C, and Sexually Transmitted Infections; PrEP and PEP; treatment for Sexually Transmitted Infections and HCV; medical and housing case management for people living with HIV; HIV peer support services; and community education, training, and outreach.
Program RISE offers free testing for HIV, Hepatitis C, Syphilis, Chlamydia, and Gonorrhea. Free treatment is available for anyone testing positive for these infections. We also assist those who test positive for HIV in navigating treatment.
If you need to speak with the Nurse Practitioner, need a prescription refill, or have insurance questions, please email Patti Parker (she/her) at [email protected].
