Fall River, Mass. - Justice Resource Institute (JRI), a leader in social justice, is proud to announce that it has earned the prestigious 2026 USA TODAY Top Workplaces award. This is the fifth straight year JRI has garnered this honor, which earned the human services agency an additional award.
The award recognizes exceptional, people-first cultures in organizations with 150 or more employees. This year, more than 40,500 organizations were invited to participate. USA TODAY showcased the winners online and at the National Awards Summit in Nashville. JRI was ranked #53 among the Top 100 2026 Workplaces Winners, X-Large Employers.
