JRI is proud to partner with Lesley University to expand educational opportunities for our staff.  Through this exciting collaboration, eligible JRI employees can access exclusive scholarships toward Lesley University's undergraduate and graduate programs.  This partnership reflects our shared commitment to lifelong learning, professional development, and the empowerment of those who dedicate their careers to making a difference.

Undergraduate:

JRI staff are eligible to receive a $16,000 scholarship towards an on-campus bachelor's degree at Lesley University.  For those pursuing an online bachelor's program, a 10% tuition discount is available.  Whether you're looking for the full campus experience or the flexibility of online learning, this partnership makes continuing your education more accessible and affordable. 

Graduate:

JRI staff are eligible to receive a $15,000 scholarship towards the following master's degree programs at Lesley University, available both on campus and online.  This opportunity supports professional growth while offering the flexibility to pursue advanced education in a format that fits your life and career goals.

  • Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling

  • Master's in Social work

  • Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling: Expressive Arts Therapies

    • Drama Therapy

    • Dance/Movement Therapy

    • Art Therapy

    • Music Therapy

All required internships will be completed at JRI sites. Students in either the undergraduate or graduate partnerships at Lesley can additionally make use of the $4,000/year of JRI tuition reimbursement policy, if they are eligible.

Rachel has been a part of the JRI team since January, 2000. For over 20 years, Rachel has been working in the field of human services assisting families with accessing and navigating services. Rachel received her Bachelors degree in psychology and Masters Degree in Public Administration from Bridgewater State University. She was promoted in July 2005 to Family Networks Program Director where she closely worked with the Department of Children Families for 10 years ensuring that children and families received the highest quality of individualized services ranging from community based through residential care. Rachel is very dedicated to helping the individuals she works with and is committed to improving the lives of children and families. Rachel’s passion for creative service programming inspires her in her role as JRI Service Navigator.
