My Life My Choice is committed to eradicating the commercial sexual exploitation of children by offering survivor-led solutions throughout Eastern Massachusetts. We provide a range of services, including survivor mentoring, intensive case management, mental health support, and group work for young people of all genders who have faced exploitation.

Our work extends nationwide through prevention education, professional training, consultation, and advocacy. Since 2002, we have mentored over 1,000 youth, trained more than 28,385 providers, and educated 4,246 youth on prevention. As a model for communities across the country, My Life My Choice strives to change lives and address the systemic inequities that fuel trafficking and exploitation.
