 Jennifer has worked in the human service field for over 20 years with children and families in residential, community and hospital settings and received her Bachelor’s Degree and MSW from Rhode Island College.  Jennifer has worked for JRI since May, 1997. She was promoted to Director of the Commonworks Program in January of 2003. In 2007, she was promoted to a Division Director for JRI, overseeing JRI Regional Resource Centers, Area Lead agencies and several  other community based programs.  Jennifer was then promoted to Vice President of Community Based Programs where she was be responsible for oversight and development of all Justice Resource Institute Children's Behavioral Health Initiative programs and community based programs servicing children and families across the state. As of 2018 Jennifer was promoted to Executive Vice President, where she assists in managing overall agency operations and continues to oversee community based programming and Day school services across Massachusetts.

Rachel has been a part of the JRI team since January, 2000. For over 20 years, Rachel has been working in the field of human services assisting families with accessing and navigating services. Rachel received her Bachelors degree in psychology and Masters Degree in Public Administration from Bridgewater State University. She was promoted in July 2005 to Family Networks Program Director where she closely worked with the Department of Children Families for 10 years ensuring that children and families received the highest quality of individualized services ranging from community based through residential care. Rachel is very dedicated to helping the individuals she works with and is committed to improving the lives of children and families. Rachel’s passion for creative service programming inspires her in her role as JRI Service Navigator.
