Do you have a question about JRI services?
Pathways to Permanency
The Pathways to Permanency Program (P2P) offers services to help provide adoptive and foster families with a nurturing and stable environment.
JRI provides intensive foster care services, adoption supports, after-school supports, and early-childhood training and consultation for families seeking supports around safety, healthy development, and long-term success for their child. Our programs provide youth and families with environments of safety and care that aim to enhance stability and long-term success, through both foster care, adoption supports, and training opportunities. Our after-school programs provide children with safe, therapeutic environments to practice social skills and learn skills for long-term emotional success. In addition, we provide training and consultation opportunities for childcare providers.

The Pathways to Permanency Program (P2P) offers services to help provide adoptive and foster families with a nurturing and stable environment.
Our mission is to equip parents with tools, practical strategies, and connections to other families and their communities to foster healthy parenting and guide them through the first years of the parenting journey.
TAP, or Total Achievement Programs, are therapeutic after-school programs dedicated to enhancing the social skills of children ages 6-12 with complex emotional and behavioral needs who have been unable to succeed in non-therapeutic community-program settings.
Early Childhood Training and Consultation (ECTC) is composed of a multi-disciplinary team of early childhood, mental health, education, and special education professionals who partner with childcare programs and families to support the healthy development of young children. ECTC professionals provide training and consultation to childcare programs, providers, and families with children ages birth through 14.
The Young Parents Support Program is a free and confidential community outreach program for pregnant or parenting young persons. Strength-based case management is offered in a home-based environment.
Our foster care program is rooted in the principle that every child deserves to feel safe, to be nurtured, and to thrive. Our foster families and staff are committed to maximizing each child's potential within our stable and loving foster homes.
