YouthHarbors
The YouthHarbors program serves homeless, unaccompanied high school students who statistically are 87% more likely than their housed peers to drop out of high school.

The FOCUS Program provides temporary emergency shelter, diversion services, case management, and stabilization services to families in southeastern Mass. who are homeless or at-risk of becoming homeless.
The Assisted Living Program (ALP) provides both affordable housing opportunities and supportive services for persons living with HIV/AIDS, throughout Massachusetts. JRI partners with regional housing authorities that administer specially set-aside housing subsidies for PLWHA. In addition, program participants are provided with supportive services that ensure health and housing stability.
Peer Support Services (PSS) directly responds to people who are infected and/or affected by HIV/AIDS by providing a myriad of one-on-one and peer-led social support activities. These activities include support groups that embrace the diversity of our community. Peer Support Services provides support and education for individuals around topics such as medications, relationships, sexual health, stigma, substance use, communication, and much more.

As of June 30, 2023, our vaccine program has been officially discontinued. Thankfully, these vaccines are more widely available at community pharmacies and other venues:
PACT provides intensive, home-based care to people living with HIV and Hepatitis C who are having challenges navigating their healthcare and treatment. PACT's Community Health Workers (CHWs) assist clients in coordinating and getting to medical appointments, managing medications, and dealing with barriers to better health. PACT also provides training and technical assistance to other organizations interested in developing a community health worker program.
JRI Health provides Medical Case Management (MCM) for people living with HIV/AIDS. Case management provides a wide range of client-centered services, such as linkage to medical care, coordination of support for both medication adherence and insurance. Case management services also assist with housing, mainstream benefits and resources, support groups, and coordination of care for substance use and mental health services.
The JRI Health Law Institute (HLI) offers holistic, client-centered, trauma-informed legal services to low-income individuals living with and at high risk for certain health conditions. Using a medical-legal partnership approach, our legal services are aimed at helping clients stabilize their lives so that they can focus on their medical care needs.
TAP, or Total Achievement Programs, are therapeutic after-school programs dedicated to enhancing the social skills of children ages 6-12 with complex emotional and behavioral needs who have been unable to succeed in non-therapeutic community-program settings.
