The mission of My Life My Choice is to provide survivor-led solutions aimed at ending the commercial sexual exploitation of children. Throughout Eastern Massachusetts, My Life My Choice provides survivor mentoring, intensive case management, mental health services, and group work to young people of all genders who have experienced exploitation.
The JRI Educational Advocacy Program provides advocacy services for children and youth with emotional, behavioral, physical, or learning disabilities, as well as spectrum disorders. JRI’s goal is to ensure that children with disabilities receive the services and accommodations necessary to participate and succeed in the least restrictive environment while receiving equal educational opportunities.
Berkshire Meadows provides residential and family supports to individuals with severe intellectual disabilities and complex medical needs in homes that provide the staffing support to enhance quality of life. We focus on providing opportunities to create skill-building and independence during activities of daily living and recreational activities, but always have the individual's well-being in mind.
We know that it's the little things in daily life that really matter. People with significant learning needs want and deserve the same quality of home life as their peers and families. Our residential supports honor that.
MetroWest Works in Natick, Westborough, and Northborough engage you in community-based day supports and prepare you to find meaningful paid work. Our training helps you develop skills, and provides practice in positive work attitudes and jobs in a variety of community tasks and settings. Our centers are small and community-oriented, with multiple daily opportunities to practice work skills in real settings.
Willow Tree in Natick and Northboro, Mass., provide active treatment through small-group community activities to help you gain new abilities and enhance rehabilitative outcomes. Our programs for transition-aged adults; people with ASD, people with chronic health conditions or mobility needs, people with visual impairments, and people with dementia are often successful where others have failed.
In-Home Behavioral Services offer support to a youth who has a challenging behavior that interferes with everyday life. Services are provided with a behavioral approach by a team skilled in treating difficult behaviors. A clinician works closely with the child and family to create a specific behavior plan to improve the child’s functioning. The clinician works as part of a team with a skilled behavior monitor, who works closely with the child and family to implement the child’s individualized behavior plan.
STRIVE Boston is a Workforce Readiness and Development program that provides job training, coaching, and employment services. We envision a world where everyone has the opportunity to achieve economic self-sufficiency, dignity, and a promising future. STRIVE Boston helps people with barriers to employment realize their potential to find and keep jobs that promise sustainable livelihoods and personal growth. Please note that the majority of our services are now being offered virtually. STRIVE services are free of charge.
Robert joined JRI in 1997, and since that time, he performed in escalating leadership capacities across an array of congregate treatment models. Robert’s role changed in 2018 when he was promoted into the organizational-wide position of Vice President of Operations, in which he worked closely with the JRI senior executive team, in developing, holding, and supporting numerous organizational systems and operations. In 2024, Robert was promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations and Enterprise Risk Management.

Rachel has been a part of the JRI team since January, 2000. For over 20 years, Rachel has been working in the field of human services assisting families with accessing and navigating services. Rachel received her Bachelors degree in psychology and Masters Degree in Public Administration from Bridgewater State University. She was promoted in July 2005 to Family Networks Program Director where she closely worked with the Department of Children Families for 10 years ensuring that children and families received the highest quality of individualized services ranging from community based through residential care. Rachel is very dedicated to helping the individuals she works with and is committed to improving the lives of children and families. Rachel’s passion for creative service programming inspires her in her role as JRI Service Navigator.
