Lindsay Savageau, M.Ed.

Lindsay joined JRI in 2006 and has more than 20 years of experience in education. She holds her educational license in moderate disabilities, severe disabilities, as well as a professional level license in special education administrative services. Lindsay received her bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University and her master’s degree in special education from Bridgewater State University. She is a 2015 graduate and alumni of Leadership Southcoast. She began her JRI career as an educational director at Glenhaven Academy in Marlborough.

Stephanie Sladen, LICSW

Stephanie holds her Master's degree in social work and is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker.  Stephanie joined JRI in 2017 when Children's Friend and Family Services merged with JRI and became a part of its Community Based Services Division and she was promoted to Executive Director and became a Vice President for JRI.  Stephanie has advanced training and experience in clinical practice with children and adolescents as well as non-profit management and leadership and has worked with children and families for the past eighteen years on the North Shore of Massachusetts.  In her pr

Dani Silcox, JD MBA

Dani joined JRI in 2011 as the Contracts and Budget Manager for the JRI Health Division.  She received a bachelor’s degree from Harvard College, a Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law, and an MBA from University of Massachusetts at Amherst.  Dani has over 20 years of professional experience, including working at investment firms DE Shaw in the Strategic Growth department and Zweig-DiMenna Associates for 7 years in Research.  In her current role, Dani oversees the budgets and financials for JRI’s schools and community based programs and serves as Co-Chair of the Governin

Centerpoint

Centerpoint is a 16-bed, intensive residential treatment program for emotionally disturbed adolescent males. It is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations and licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health.

Centerpoint's primary mission is the treatment, rehabilitation, and safe reintegration back into society of adolescent males with mental illness and challenging behaviors.

Rachel has been a part of the JRI team since January, 2000. For over 20 years, Rachel has been working in the field of human services assisting families with accessing and navigating services. Rachel received her Bachelors degree in psychology and Masters Degree in Public Administration from Bridgewater State University. She was promoted in July 2005 to Family Networks Program Director where she closely worked with the Department of Children Families for 10 years ensuring that children and families received the highest quality of individualized services ranging from community based through residential care. Rachel is very dedicated to helping the individuals she works with and is committed to improving the lives of children and families. Rachel’s passion for creative service programming inspires her in her role as JRI Service Navigator.
