The Young Parents Support Program is a free and confidential community outreach program for pregnant or parenting young persons. Strength-based case management is offered in a home-based environment.

STEP provides residential and day supports to adult men living in Rhode Island who have ID/D, as well as significant behavioral and mental health concerns. These individuals are referred to STEP through the RI Department of Behavioral Health Developmental Disabilities and Hospitals (BHDDH).

Case House is a home designed for students who are focusing on transitional living skills. Case House students benefit from all the specialized services offered by the Swansea Wood School while living in a surburban neighborhood in Taunton, Massachusetts. This small, homelike environment fosters safe and strong relationships with peers and staff and also ensures highly individualized tranistion planning.

The Lanewood residence at Glenhaven Academy offers a community-centered around respect for each other and for our environment. Through sophisticated clinical leadership and individualized care, we create opportunities for our students to experience success daily. We support a culture where students embrace their resiliency and develop internal capacities that allow their future to be greater than their past.  We provide comprehensive clinical, educational, vocational, and medical services for youth. Staff at Lanewood work closely with students on developing independent living skills.  

Bridge is a trauma-informed therapeutic residential home for females who are struggling with significant past trauma or organic mental illness.

Through our individualized treatment approach, our students are able to heal while creating positive personal-growth opportunities that build a strong core of internal skill sets, encourage individual talents, build self-esteem, and create healthy relationships.

Our Independent Living (IL) Program houses young men and women from 18-24 years old in small efficiency-type apartments or shared-living housing throughout the Metro, Boston, Central, Northeast and Southeast DCF regions (not including the Cape and the islands).

The Evolution Program is an independent living program that is designed to support young adults as they prepare for life in the community. Upon completion of the program the young adults are able to sustain affordable housing, employment, and reach educational goals.

The Little Heroes Group Home is a co-ed intensive group home for children ages 5-11. Our mission is to provide a home-like environment where children can develop skills to manage complex trauma or mental health sypmtoms in order to successfully transition to a permanent placement in the community.

The GRIP Program is a co-ed intensive group home for transitional age adolescents 16-22. Our mission is to support our youth emotionally, educationally, vocationally, and socially to make healthy choices and become independent while providing a safe and nurturing environment.

The Young Parent Living Program is a DCF and DTA funded residential program for teens who are pregnant or parenting. Teens live in their own apartments with 24 hour staff support, education and job training, medical, dental and day care referrals, housing search and aftercare support.
